I have built a pop up webform for my website ([login to view URL]) using a program called Web Form Builder. I need someone to change 2 things for this email pop up form for me: First I only want for it to pop up once per IP address, unless someone has dropped their cache. I dont know oding well, here is a page on what I need. I know it is simple- [login to view URL] Second is right now there is a transparent and a white border around the pop up form. I would like for someone to go into the code and change it so there is no border, and it is just the pop up form. See my attachments on how it looks now, and how I would like for it to look.
