Convert my logo with Adobe Illustrator

Hello! I've been doing logo and design work as a commercial artist for 15 years, so this is definitely something I could do spot on. Creating the forms and applying the gradients should be simple in Illustrator. If you know what fonts are used, this could definitely be knocked out in an hour, otherwise, font-finding websites would be used- so it's really no problem either way.
