Bulk Email Professional To Provide Lists & Send Emails

I am looking for a Can Spam compliant experienced email marketing professional who can also provide “optin” high quality lists (either general or targeted) for me to use for these mailings. THIS PROJECT IS TO TEST YOUR SERVICES TO SEE IF WE CAN WORK TOGETHER LONG TERM. Please Bid On The Following So That I May Test The Quality Of Your Mailing Services: 1. Provide 25,000 “optin” list for test mailing 2. Send emails (template to be provided by me) to 25,000 “optin” list that you provided This project is ONLY FOR THOSE EXPERIENCED IN SUCH PROJECTS! I am looking for maximum inbox delivery AND DELIVERY TO THE SPAM FOLDER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will also provide you emails addresses of my own to send with your list so that I can "seed" the mailing for further evaluation of the quality of your services. To summarize: • YOU MUST BE CAN SPAM COMPLIANT (no proxies, use valid froms and headers etc). • YOU MUST PROVIDE A 25,000 EMAIL LIST FOR THE MAILING THAT IS “OPTIN” (not harvested - the person must have asked to be on the list) • YOU WILL SEND AN EMAIL TO EACH PERSON ON THE 25,000 LIST THAT YOU PROVIDE • DELIVERY MUST BE TO INBOX (NOT SPAM FOLDER) and I wll need data on sent, opens and clicks, preferably though an online control panel (if possible).
