CPA leads needed for Client - Legitimate - Revenue Sharing

Our clients requirements are: Need 100 to 500 CPA Leads WEEKLY (1st Week, to start and test service). Willing to do a test run of $ 30 first day. I will then make sure the network does NOT refuse any of the leads as bogus or fraudulent before we continue. As soon as the network pays out on that TEST set, the client give a $30 bonus (on the test run) to show his good faith and appreciation. Hiring experienced CPA quality US leads providers ONLY. "YOU MUST HAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK" You must agree with the test campaign ($ 30 for 60 leads) . Client wants long term 1 yr relationship minimum with HONEST marketers. You will be paid ONLY for each United States and'or Canada verified sign up. All sign-ups must be 100% human, quality, US traffic and real people (not bogus). Client will provide the landing pages, approved samples form the CPA networks he has long lasting relationships with you can use and everything you need, just bringing in the leads is your assignment. Payments: Client will pay you via Paypal or WesternUnion. After 90 days of business together the client will (will with trusted partner) move to 60/40 split on total revenue of any offers you send together. Ongoing after testing, you will get paid within 2 business days of OUR payment day from the networks. (keeps everyone honest!) Client will allow you to log in to view daily stats and conversions, to ensure you get paid the correct amount. Please provide how you will track each offer you will be promoting and how you will generate the leads. I don’t need your secrets, just an idea, so the CPA account do not get banned for fraudulent leads.
