Digital Marketing Specialist Needed

[Background] We are looking for someone to work with us on various projects as a Digital Strategist. The job includes working with cross-disciplines including marketing, creative, development and account teams, and is responsible for planning and developing measurable digital strategies for our clients. To be successful, your strategy is guided by big-picture thinking and insights but is backed by firm data. The role will include responsibility for planning, creating and analyzing digital marketing campaigns such as email marketing, digital distribution, search engine marketing and mobile apps. [Responsibilities] - Craft the digital strategy for B2B and B2C accounts (including digital strategy briefs and social/digital strategy audits) that increase customer engagement and integrate inbound and outbound media - Develop key performance indicators and manage ongoing reporting of digital metrics related to email, web, mobile and social, to optimize initiatives, establish best practices and provide key insights to the leadership and account teams - Work with the client service team to establish comprehensive project milestones and timelines that effectively meet client deadlines - Collaborate with cross functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term integrated marketing strategies - Craft monthly strategy reports including digital media recommendations, research, campaign implementation and reporting/analysis - Perform research, analyze trends/results to determine strategic implications to help clients increase market share or KPIs [Requirements] - Industry-leading understanding of social media platforms and tactics, including experience crafting brand social media strategies - Verifiable experience utilizing data to drive campaign tactics and strategies and to measure marketing effectiveness - Proven results in content marketing, including using SEO and social strategy to drive social sharing - In-depth knowledge of channel marketing, SEO (including Google Hummingbird), conversion optimization, internet technologies, web analytics, and mobile - Experience creating reports and strategic short and long-term recommendations for clients based on laid out strategies - Previously held company-guiding roles in driving the adoption of web technologies as they apply to digital marketing and overall communication strategy - Agency and project management experience preferred [Submit] Please submit a resume, cover letter, and 2-3 case studies of past digital marketing or social media campaigns.
