Adwords Help

I need someone to provide an example of how to do the following in an adwords campaign. I would like to know what keyword was serched on that triggered a user to click my ad. I realize that I can get that report, but I would like to have the keyword inserted into the detination url on click of my ad so that I can pass that keyword into my email form so when I get an emailed lead, I can track it back to the related keyword. ## Deliverables google adwords
