App to demand an artist

Hi, we need an app to demand an artist This app should be similar to [login to view URL], but you can vote only for one answer. We need to put 20 answers (club names), but should be customizable, because we can decide to put more answers in the future. This is the important part of the application, each time a fan vote for a response, this response should be published on Twitter saying : @thisuser demand it a perform of @artistname in this club @nameclub.
