Detailed social media strategy

I have a fun project for a keen marketing expert in social media. It is to develop a social media strategy for a laser vision correction business including background of social media options, your strategy, implementation plan and metrics to measure success. To be a successful bidder on the project you will need to submit a sample document of previous work completed in this area. We require a 12 month plan with at least 4 separate marketing projects each year (3 monthly) and the use of multiple social media methods to get the message out. Experience with Radian6 or other social media measurement applications is essential.
