Hello, I am experienced in promoting business using PPC traffic from top PPC network like Google Adwords (Display & Search), Bing Ads (Search & Content), 7Search etc. I see your target audience is focused on Real Estate within a small area which is good to work with than work with big whole country, my suggestion is to consider about Bing Adwords also (traffic is less the google Adwords but lower CPA). Right this moment I can not send you a complete proposal as I don't see yet your Landing Page, don't know your monthly budget. But my minimum charge is USD$500 or AU$650 (one time) for consultation, initial campaign setup including keyword analyze, create specific Ad groups, relevant text Ads etc. If you have Banners for display Ads then it's good otherwise it'll be additional charge. Please note that you will not start getting leads from the very first day just after setup the campaign but it'll take some time to optimize by analyzing previous traffic records.
