bring quality traffic to my website

I have created a casino game guide website including player guides to poker, roulette, blackjack and 3 card poker. I have already launched a serious seo campain to get my relavent keywords to rank high but this will take time. Therefore at this point I am not looking for link builders for the sake of rankings. I have that covered. I would like someone with the knowhow and experience to promote the website/bring traffic from sources such as facebook, twitter, yahoo answers, squidoo, whatever your expertise is in or a combination. I have a very limited budget and will only be able to accept low bids. Providing I get the traffic I need, you would then have a serious customer on your hands and could charge me a monthly fee indefinately.
