Desktop Widget Needed

Hi We are in need of someone who can build a Desktop Widget for our site that our viewers can download and put on their desktop. This widget will need to have a back-end control panel so we can push content to the widget on a daily basis. It needs to have a very sharp design, we will work with the developer to shape it's design (look and feel), but you must also have graphics experience.
