Auction Sniper / Web Scrapping

Basically I need an auction sniper program to run from my desktop pc (windows 7). Excellent web scrapping skills needed The program will work for auction site : [login to view URL] it will work as follows : 1) only registered member can view listings that they are entitled to register on 2) each listing has prerequisite in order to join. 3) only member that has fullfil prerequisite can go ahead 4) auction will go into an auction room at the time it starts 5) auction will run for 3-4 hours as specified by the admin 6) the winner for an auction is the one who bid for the LOWEST PRICE (reverse of ebay) so I will need the program bids the HIGHEST bid necessary to win (but not more than my MINIMUM bid) x seconds (I want to be able to change this setting, for example -6 seconds) before the auction ends. The program will be similar to myibidder / gixen (for ebay) and will lists all the data / fields provided. 7) The program must be able to handle multiple auctions (domains) at a time. 8) I must be able to cancel auctions, and change my minimum bids 9) The program will have button to refresh/get data from the auction site I will like to have the program written in Java. (OPTIONAL) , the program will have a feature to view all the prerequisites files(PDF) uploaded by all members at a time. and be able to download it. please contact me directly for more details if you are interested.
