correct 2nd+ level menus

The second and third level menus on the top menu on my website do not align in all browsers and monitors. Also the font attributes and size seems to vary in different browser monitors. The site is [login to view URL] It is running in business catalyst. I think you will need to use CSS . I would like the submenu under the root menu ( top menu) to drop down from the root menu and then align to right side of the menu. Thanks
