Build a messaging application using ActiveMQ and .NET using openwire

I need someone to write a c# application that will send and receive messages using ActiveMQ and openwire protocol. The application will be a messaging / Message queue application with ActiveMQ as the message queue engine and C# as the client. The protocol used will be openwire - NMS API. And then write up the steps for building the solution.
