Client and Server in Java

We need the following: Implement two Java Applications, one is a client and one the server. They should use Java Sockets from the [login to view URL] class. The task is to implement a simple user locating facility. Users will be identified by their computer login name. It is not necessary to implement any form of user interface and simple command line use of the client it sufficient, but you may use windows if they prefer. Please check the htm attached file. Everything that we need is explained in details there.
