I need an algorithm expert who has experience with the HMM and DTW and is able to make a custom Java implementation of it.
I don't mind if you use any open source and just copy/paste the code.
What I need is to be able to compare two 3D gestures and find whether they match or not.
The input would be x,y,z coordinate values over time. (96 values, 32 for each axis)
The output I would expect is the result whether the gesture matched any other gesture which device has learned before.
Take a look at 1$ gesture recognized (but that is only 2d) or also FastDTW library for java etc. Also check this question: [login to view URL]
