I understand your task and I can do it using Java and Selenium webdriver(I have some experience with it).It can be an aplicatin with a simple user interface where yu can select emoticons , select how often post,Also I can do autologin you just insert your username and passwod in 2 fields, change seting and the bot will open browser and make posts depending on your settings.

Hey, the project is already completed and ready to rock and roll! How it all breaks down is its $35 to host it for the rest of your life (probably more like the hosts life), $100 for my time and to actually install it on the host. Freelancer takes $15. You can see it has been running on a test twitter account @Emotiborg You can have it set up on any twitter account, with any emoticons immediately. Pay when it works fully. I can deploy this on an aws instance with python and django. Seems straight forward enough. Available for additional features too.

Fairly, if not very, easy project. All I need are the OAuth credientials for the Twitter account, the emoticons and values and it's ready to go
