Compose SDPs to create working WebRTC dataChannel

Project objectives : 1. create complete sdp offer for datachannel 2. create complete sdp answer for datachannel 3. no ice trickle, a=ice-options: (disable google-ice) 4. without signaling mechanism, ice candidates in sdps, no offer, answer exchange 5. known public ips, local ips, ports 6. ports are chosen programmaticlly (from javascript) in range eg. 50000-55000, should be configurable (and some how enabled in sdp!!!) 7. chrome preferable 8. all working in client(browser) front end in javascript, output in console (eg. datacannel "hello") 9. paid when working example arrives (expecting [login to view URL] + [login to view URL] to load javascript , could be combined)
