Dashboard for OpenGTS

I need a virtual dashboard to be designed and implemented to use in OpenGTS. It should be able to read data that is stored in a MySQL database & display the results visually just as a vehicle dashboard does. The Virtual dashboard will have around 5 - 7 dials/gauges to display data such as for speed, mileage (odometer) fuel etc, like I already mentioned all these data are available from the data base. A detailed draft of application is available on request. Experience in OpenGTS & good communication skills is essential
