Create / Modify html pages and javascript code

I need a coder to create / modify html pages and javascript code: - To send commands to a given hardware (http requests). - All libraries are written, they only need to be assigned to specific buttons according to a set design. The html pages are 3: -One is a general Menu containing two pictures: On clicking on one of the pictures, another page opens -The other two are pictures consisting of many small buttons: On clicking on one of the buttons, an http request is sent to a given address The javascript execution should take into consideration where the user is going to press on the picture (because the buttons are located on the picture), and take into account the events when a user pushes the button and when he releases it (because for some buttons, two http requests need to be sent, one upon the pressing of the button, and one upon the relase). The html page / javascript code should work in a seamless way from any browser, mainly chrome and safari, and also work if a user has a tablet pc, and thus instead of clicking on a button, putting his finger on the button.
