Card List Javascript Widget

We are looking for a developer to create a a reusable application independent widget (UI Element or control ) that consists of a vertical dockable and scrollable list of cards (list elements) , this list will be feed from JSON objects that will come from a call to a server REST API. The widget can be plain JavasScript or can be a JQuery UI Widget. It is requiredd to work with IE7+, Chrome, Safari, Firefox We are looking for an experienced developer able to do a clean and well documented job Please see more details on the attached mockup and description. The developer should be able to read/write and eventualy talk in English This is a small part, being used as a service quality test, of a much bigger project and positive experience from this development will lead to much more jobs for this projects
