Chests and Kits for SkyWars plugin.

The Kits and Chests in the plugin are pretty pathetic and have no GUI customization for Kits and the chests go by percentage. I can disable them both so I just need the Kits and Chests to work with the SkyWars plugin. Im using 1.7.10, and MGSkyWars. I also would like a voting feature so when people join they can vote for OP chests or normal and wether its night time or day time. ( Note that only donators have that option of voting ). And I need it soon. Willing to pay extra for having it done quicker. I also have a server you can test on. thank you and appreciate it.
