Develop simple chrome extension

Develop a chrome extension for guidance/tutorial for users of a web app. On specific pages, depending on the page the user is on/visiting, the extension will guide the user, and also direct the user to appropriate tutorials and manual pages. We require: - proper code documentation so that we can take over maintenance - documentation and guidance on building the plugin when we make changes - settings page for the plugin (e.g. email to notify us) - we also want analytics and social media sharing enabled. You will use dummy content, and we will update the content after your work is done. We do not require upload of the plugin to the chrome store. After your first version, you will give us 1 week to test and come back with required changes.
