Hybrid mobile app client side (html+js+css)

Overview of this app is like this. - This app is for teenager Japanese students. - You can share your study note (image files) - You can add tags or some other status for each notes. We already made basic UI for client. [login to view URL] It will be mobile app which work on iOS and Android phones, using Phonegap(Cordova) or some other solution. Sorry it's all Japanese now, but we will fix this to English for development(Users are Japanese) This html client is made by Framework7, so if you have experience for Framework7, it may be better. [login to view URL] We will provide source code. If you have another proposal, and that is better, We are welcome to accept that. Maybe this UI is enough for visual, but it needs functionality. Example, - when user touches screen, it does not request anything, and also no callback functions yet. - UI needs photo library access and camera launcher which are provided by Phonegap(cordova) plugins. - Sample UI already has photo viewer(note viewer) but its just sample, if you tap one of photos, it will open same photo. But as this UI, when you touch a photo, viewer should start on the photo that you just touched. - etc That means, a developer needs to know how to access Mobile API via javascript plugins. Requirement for this project. - javascript and some framework skill. jQuery of course, AngularJS maybe.. - CSS framework skill. Right now its made by Framework7. - Hybrid mobile app development experience. Server side API is not ready yet. Server side Programmer will work on together.
