1. Each html file is just a form from the above links. 2. When the submit button on the page is clicked, before the form is actually submitted, an alert box is shown with the field name, value pairs. Automatically capture form fields and values. 3. The naming conventions follow [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] docs. Same script needs to work on all forms. Needs to work on all major browsers.

Hi, I would need some more specs, 1 not sure if you want to duplicate just the layout of forms mentioned? what do you mean by tags? will all the forms share same code behind and just change the layout? 2 alert box with value pairs,before submit, that's ok 3 ok.
