A person to do clearing and levelling of area in garden

My rear garden is mostly gravel-covered concrete. However, there are three flower beds (one square one approx 16-20 sq ft, the other two are an irregular shape, but similar size to the square bed). Two beds contain a couple of well established (but cut down) shrubs. The beds are outlined with a single layer of old, crumbling bricks, which are not cemented in place. The job is as follows: 1. Remove the bricks and stack elsewhere in the garden 2. Saw off/dig out the 3 or 4 remaining shrubs to ground level 3. Pull out remaining plants (very small, mostly grape hyacinths) 4. Remove any soil that prevents the site from being levelled. 5. Cover the soil areas with membrane in preparation for preparation for another surface to be installed. Additional Work: Part of a 7ft sculpted conifer hedge needs to be removed to make space for the installation of a small summer house. The part to be removed consists of two conifers that make up one end of the hedge. The job is to cut down the conifers to ground level and remove them from the site.
