After 9+ years Linux / VoIP / Asterisk and 3+ years Freeswitch experience I can say this could be done on database level, so when new record is inserted in the CDR we calculate call price and add it to insert query, also, some Fusion PBX web page displaying have to be updated. Let's discuss it.
