DKIM , SenderID, SPF Setup needed

Hello Freelancer, I need DKIM, SPF, SenderID with on our server run linux and cpanel . to improve email deliverability please just bid who make that before with 100% succeeded. We sent 150000 emails from our server/ the deliver ability is 1% only. These emails sent list of 15000 emails. Please bid only if your 100% that you will can set deliver ability to at lease 90%. Project consider as completed and Payment will be made after make a test with two of our existing email list of 15000 email address/each, and then will check Statistics and see the Views (from html mails) goes to 90% of the number of email 15000. So the number of Send in HTML format: 14766 and the number of Views (from html mails): 14766 should be equal. regards your bid
