Design promo flyer

I would like an attractive, (but obviously a real estate agent)? female on the flyer along with some kind of mosaic of the speakers. Copy will be provided. I designed a picture / banner for last year and the theme was come sit in the audience / listen to the speakers / earn some money. and that theme was illustrated by the banner I created.
