Corporate Identity and Web Site Update(repost)

Thank you very much for reading my bid request. The project involves two main and a few other sub tasks for establishing the corporate identity of a **small business**. 1. Remake of the web site: Providing 4-5 different web site templates for the corporate web site. This must give confidence and must provide easy navigation, fast loading and basic SEO optimization done. I am a coder and an amateur designer, know a bit about these issues. 2. Corporate identity: The aim is to create unique corporate vision and identity that can be used in company's correspondence. 2.a. Remaking of the existing logo. Please note that new logo suggestions are also welcome; however we basically need a resizable logo from the existing one. I believe one of the best ways is to design the logo in Corel and generate it's WMF version. After that, high resolution images (JPG or BMP) will be requested. I will show examples to the selected designer. Logo is attached. 2.b. Generating 3D model of the existing logo. I want world as 3D as well. We will discuss details with the selected designer. The same idea applies. 2.c. Company Letterhead and envelope designs (should be applicable to various sizes and various types of envelopes). 2.d. Business card suggestion. The company already has a business card, however I am not so comfortable with it. Please provide me with 4-5 drafts and let's decide together. 2.e. Template for company brochures. I want 6 to 8 different themes of the design. So, you need to create 3 draft brochure designs, and then we can refine further. Then, you can play with colors to generate 6 to 8 themes. 2.f. Folder (paper folder) design. The folder shall be used to keep A4 pages (so should be slightly larger than A3 size). Delivery is required in 7 days - I am in real hurry. Bids without samples (watermarked or low resolution) will simply be discarded. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- **Except from the mentioned elements, the identity (all items) should also specify what colours and fonts are allowed. The key is: The identity should convey confidence, modernity and innovativeness. It should be serious (as opposed to playfull or ??crazy??), but creative. It should be clean and timeless, but not boring. I think the best way to do this is that you begin by creating different proofs of them; I will then give you feedback on these and choose one to complete.** ## Platform Here you can see expected formats summarized: 1. Web site template: CSS and Adobe Photoshop file are required. The web site is running on Yahoo! Please go and check with the setup; it is most probably a LAMP. 2. Corporate identity 2.a. Remaking of the existing logo. Logo files that are in various formats; however WMF is a must. I also want to have RGB and CMYK versions of WMF. 2.b. Generating 3D model of the existing logo. Format is supposed to be 3D Max; however suggestions are welcome. 2.c. Company Letterhead: Microsoft Word 2.d. Business card suggestion. Preferably Microsoft Publisher, but Adobe Photoshop is also fine. 2.e. Template for company brochures. Microsoft Publisher is fine; Adobe Photoshop would also work. Should be editable.
