Magento Enterprise IT Support person needed Prefer Experienced and certified Magento developer(s) with experience in providing support for Magento Enterprise Edition. Minimum 3 years experience in Magento and 3 -4 complete magento projects. Individuals and Companies will be considered. We are looking for Support that runs the gamut, Consulting, how tos, troubleshooting and programming. Immediate break / fix support for our Magento store. Reliable, someone we can call to apply a patch, troubleshoot and resolve any issues. We need someone we can submit support and maintenance requests to and they will tackle them within a set amount of hours. Meeting deadlines will be important. You will need to be available on skype to give regular updates. Also this person needs to be available for off hours emergency on-call response. Work will be on a As-Needed-Basis or On-Call-Basis with a 2 hour response time. Currently we have task that will need immediate attention once we hire for this position. Scope of work to include but not limited to • Programming (Magento, front-end) and agile development • Troubleshooting: Magento, theme, extensions, customizations • Consulting (How Tos) and research • Magento control panel assistance • Third-party extension installation • Live consulting via Skype or GoToMeetings • Web server software updates and patches • Web server software troubleshooting and configurations • 1-hour response • Liaison support with Magento Inc. for Enterprise Edition • Off-hours emergency on-call response • Magento Enterprise or Community / B2C or B2B • Support on Magento hosting plan • Possible Heavy development • Optimization, upgrades, custom modules, redesign.
