Create a list of buildings as potential customers for indoor navigation in Adelaide, South Australia

I need someone to create a list of publically accessible buildings and owners or managers in Adelaide, South Australia that are potential customers for an indoor location and navigation system for smartphones and tablets. This information is to be obtained from research on the web or any other legal method. The buildings are to be located within a 100km radius of the Adelaide General Post Office (GPO). The types of buildings include but are not limited to shopping malls, medium to large supermarkets, large hardware warehouses, hospitals (public and private), university campuses, sports stadiums, convention centres, large hotels and motels, theatres. Buildings should have a floor area of at least 1,000 square metres and have areas away from external walls and windows where GPS signals do not easily penetrate. The information required will be recorded in a Google Spreadsheet.
