I would like an MS access application that will create a report in Avery 8460 labels. Included would be an interface that allows the user to...
1) Choose which fields to "select by" from qryLabels100
and
2) choose which labels to skip*.
Possible form design could be a set of 30 radios buttons and the ones that are "true", would be skipped and the printing would begin with the next avail label (that is false). See my mock-up attached. Alternatively, the user could input in an input box the number of labels to skip past.
*Avery 8460 labels are 30 to a page - 3 columns of 10.

There will be occasions when we print labels on a page that has been used but not depleted of available labels. (in the future we'll use continuous but this will be a temp. fix for now). For example, it can be anticipated that the user may have selected 20 labels to print, and want to skip the first 8 empty spaces on the label page. The user would input the number eight for the first eight spaces (down and then across orientation) and print away.
The final deliverable should work on Access 2003...not more current Access db's.
