Android App to collect photo and a small form

1. Main Requirements for the APP: - Colect two kind of data: Photo and a form filled data - Photo files will be stored localy on sdcard - Data filled on forms will be stored on sdcard in a text file - Data file and Photo file will be sent to a server thought "HTTP POST calls" when the user click on a "SEND button".  After sent, local files have to be deleted. - It is a pilot project and thus the design can be constructed using the default styling. - The screens schema and more details are in the pdf attached. 2. Conditions to Coders who want to apply for this project: - Has been worked in other android projects and has, at least, one project published on the "Google Play Store" - Delivery this projects in two formats: an "apk" and the source code. - Has a commitment about the project scheduling - Has availability to sell us "maintenence" package after the Main delivery with a good hourly cost. That is very important because we will improve this APP after the beta test. Best Regards
