project is to develop an application for android which takes image from camera eg bill boards , walls etc and reads text from image and store in text file. higher accuracy level will be required. the recognized text can be of different in size even on single image, and may be in variety of colors and lighting conditions, you are required to recognize only A-Z and 0-9 Letters from the image. i need bidders submit a proper proposal in order to be considered, plain text proposal will be considered non serious or template proposals. provide your team details and it will be a long term work for maintenance.
