I am looking for the complete creation and installation of an app on the android market. This is my first app so I need the whole thing created and installed on my google account. This app will have to do with MP3's and ringtones. Users must be able to take music already installed on their phones and do something with it that I will explain in greater detail later. Once I choose the developer, I will explain all the details. This will be a paid app in the market so it needs to be developed perfect and work great.
