Customized Android launcher for Elderly people

We are looking for someone to build a customized Android launcher application. Reference could be BigLauncher or Phonotto. #Main Launcher Characteristics R2.1 Android Launcher APK must be the main launcher. R2.2 SMS and messaging APK must integrate the SMS and/or any other message function R2.3 Call APK must integrate the Call function R2.4 Video Call APK must integrate any Video Call function. Skype is the reference. R2.5 SOS Button APK must integrate a button that call an emergency number and send an sms to another emergency number. R2.6 Predefined Call Button From 1 to 3 buttons must be integrated in order to call predefined peoples (Son, Doctors or any relatives). R2.7 Task Schedule APK must integrate a schedule function that could be modified from a remote desk (like a PC or whatever). Something like Google Calendar in order to schedule appointment or to remind pills that patient must take. In any task it shall be integrated a field for the image (for example to remind pills box shape and color to the patient). R2.8 Widget APK must integrate the Widget option in order to show basics information like date, hour, weather, signal, battery and task schedule (like a calendar). R2.9 Password protected APK setting could be modified by an operator with a special password or any other encryption method. R2.10 Fonts APK must integrate Font setting choice in kind and dimensions. Font must be big for all menu (also for SMS reading) R2.11 Tile schema APK must be like Windows 8 using big tiles. BigLauncher kind could be enough. R2.12 Landscape Orientation APK default Orientation must be Landscape a part for the APK that must be used in portrait. R2.13 Image APK must integrate the Image function R2.14 Camera APK must integrate the Camera function R2.15 Cloud Storage APK must integrate a Cloud storage in order to share all media with doctors and relatives. Both Patient and Relatives could share any media. R2.16 Compatibility APK must be compatible with Android 4.0 or higher R2.17 Launcher Start APK must preview a starter in order to add the accounts (Mail, Cloud, Video Call, etc.), SOS number, preferred contacts (Call, SMS and all details). R2.18 File send Every file (e.g. photo, etc.) could be sent directly to doctor or relatives via email. #Other Optional Features O3.1 Icons Customisation Icons could be modified entering in settings menu. O3.2 Compatibility APK must be compatible with Android 4.0 or higher. O3.3 Template APK template could be modified entering in settings menu. O3.4 Orientation APK Orientation must be “full sensor”. O3.5 Remote Upgrade APK could be update remotely. O3.6 Remote Check APK Status could be checked remotely. Status could be Switched on, position, etc. O3.7 Pharmacy and others APK must integrate a Pharmacy or any POI using device position (GPS or Network position). Target will be a Tablet 8" or higher.
