It would be great if you had provided the link to your current site. Its okay for now. I am doing similar projects for 1 year and have great experience in responsive design. I do 1 projects daily on responsive pages and can make good easy to update mobile version for your site too. I have just started on Freelancer and have not done any projects from here but I have done 50+ responsive projects in 3 months so I will be the best candidate for this project.
