I would suggest that the Freelancer to develop a mobile app for alarms, burglar targeted the car because once developed this application would be a good option for car users. An example: This person inside the supermarket but making a purchase of a sudden your car alarm goes off but he is far and does not know what's going on out there, since this application developed and downloaded by the user (clear affordable price paid for all) he would know that your car off the alarm and would check what is happening.
