I'm am new at freelancer hence I would go to any extent to see that the project is completed to your like as this project will automatically become a prestige project for me if you award it to me. For me the money I earn is not important, I want to do the work, it's as simple as that. All I would need is the cost of development if some payment API or something are associated with it.
