Comic Collector App

I would like someone to develop an app that would run on Android and IOS for comic collectors. It would present a UI that allows the user to access a local sqlite database as well as a remote database (via http requests to a server I have set up) to get more information to display. The local databases will be used to store user\'s data (i.e. what comics he has, what comic he wants) as well as general information on comics. The app doesn\'t need to be fancy - my priority is to have it functional (no crashing) and coded right (i.e. modularity, portability in mind, easily updated, with lots of comments). I am a coder and will want to be able to manage it in the future. The coder can give me suggestions on what language/framework to use... I would prefer something that allows for proper separation of logic (i.e. MVC, MVCC or similar)... Xamarin/C# seems to be a good tool. As far as I can tell, this should be a quick project for someone familiar with their tools/language - i.e. mainly list/grid displays, search, local sqlite access, http access, json encoding/decoding and the usual CRUD.
