Framework if any >> If you want to develop the same in mobile app then we will go to native JAVA development >> If you want to go for desktop app then C# or ruby on rails is the feasible one. >> Web platform - asp.net MVC is good to use the same. 3. Coding Standard. >> We will use well formed architecture for mobile app, for web we will use MVC and for desktop app we will use the N Tier architecture. 4. I am going with the assumption that this is a local Android app, which you would be using as an inventory manager, meaning you would use it to add/remove items and other inventory related things. If so, I could very much help you, because I am an experienced Java programmer, with real good experience in database management(which seems to be crucial for the project), and since the platform is Android, I would approach the project by designing the database and implementing it in Sqlite on Android(maybe using some ORM framework if necessary). I hope that is enough information for the beginning.
