I have an existing Android phone app I want the App converted for publishing to WP8 and Iphone (ios 7 and greater). Same functionality. Same color pattern. The person should know ios and wp8 development. Will not deal with multiple programmers. Will deal directly with a programmer, no agency allowed. Person should know how to connect mobile app to application via REST API on ssl. Will consume Json data. The Android source code will be provided so you can see what has already been done. I want some exactly the same. High level requirements is attached in file. There will be 3 Milestones and the source code must be provided for each milestone 1/ Make functional prototype for ios and wp8 2/ Fix bugs and GUI 3/ Deliver App ready for store publication The budget for this project is $150
