A Crowd Management android app is required for the VANCH VH-761 (see attached) for the purpose of reading active RFID tags. There is a requirement to use NDK (A demo file [login to view URL] attached) among other MANDATORY requirements in the attached file (TAGU Crowd Management [login to view URL] attached) This project's budget will cover 2 parts: (1) A simple POC as described in the attached Document (2) The full android app, built upon the (1) with a modern UI. Please only bid if you have read and understood the documents attached and have experience in RFID applications for RFID devices using NDK and are able to offer your services for (1) and (2) within the set fixed price.
