Complex ASP.NET based off mindomo.com

Need an application that is like mindomo.com. Where user can draw different geometric shapes and link them together. The user can also click on each drawn geometric shape. When clicked, a tree structure (like in windows explorer) appears on the left side. The tree structure is only for the active shape. So, each shape will have its own tree structure. The content of the tree structure nodes will be dynamic (user specified). The tree structure nodes will contain text and uploaded documents. Everything will be stored in the database. Take a very close look at mindomo.com. This site has the GUI structure I like, but I need more intelligence added to the nodes. Before I award this project, you will have to prove your ability to create something like it. The project may not last the entire time. Once a suitable provider proves themself, the project will be terminated.
