Chip Card Programming

i am currently running a program for a client whom wants me to program a chip card to auto run on inserting on a chip platform , the chip would be programmed with an ISO which needs to be auto run chip card info is stated below The Smart Card SILVER is a field programmable ISO-7816-1 pin-out compatible multi-chip Smart Card featuring the Microchip Technology, Inc.
