Developer for long term series of projects.

Need a developer for a rewrite and then ongoing development and enhancements for a HL7 {HIPAA based EDI} project. Development will be in C#, using Visual Studio 2012 {must have pro or better}, SQL Server 2012, WPF, WCF and SSDT. Developer must have experience working in a compliance focused environment {HIPAA, sarbanes oxley, etc}. Visual Webgui and Altova MapForce is a huge plus. Familiarity with HIPAA based EDI {HL7 in particular} is a plus. Projects will be managed through TFS, daily communication via Skype. Candidate must be native English speaker, living in the US- Midwest or West coast. Our project processes HL7 messages from various medical players, performs various ETL operations, and routes the messages on. Along with this primary project we have several satellite custom projects done for our clients.
