Add Some Features to SoftSwich - repost

We want add this features to this SoftSwicth: Admin Control Panel: 1- Add / Remove / Block or Edit Users 2- Create Staff with different Access Billing Department: 1- Control the users account 2- check users with manual payments 3- Response to Emails Technical Department: 1- Response to Tickets (Help to User) 2- Update Calling Rates The User 1- Registration form (like [login to view URL]) 2- Register user via Verify mobile number with SMS 3- user can be create Ticket (support) 4- user can be add credit via Credit Cards.
