Dear client, I read your project description and made fillable PDF file which you can send to your clients. Only fields "my name is" and "comment" are fillable. I would like you to chat with me and to try this file if it works on your computer. Off course when they finish with filling data and click "save" the program will tell them to print, not to save (because Adobe Reader can save only unfilled PDF) and they just have to choose print as PDF (so it is not really printing on printer, it is one kind of software printing).
