For our company we have made a CMS system (by a third party). This system has not a very good build logic and contains errors. The system needs to be checked and modified. Or even re-programmed (we need t discuss that as the project does cost a lot of money already). Also we need a coder who can built modules for it, if we need them in a short time and not too high price. You need to be expert in YII and php etc.
